What is considered a problem?

A problem is anything that is troubling you or that you can’t figure out. Anything that you have to make a decision on, act on, or consider in the future. Anything that you need help with can be considered a problem.

What if I don’t receive a response in 24 hours?

If you do not receive a response to your problem within 24 hours, please check your spam folder to see if your response was routed there. If not, please contact us at counselthemind@gmail.com and we will investigate the situation. In the event the issue is our fault, we will refund your payment and respond to your problem.

What if the perspective, options, and solutions provided do not solve the problem?

Different Perspectives is not offering to solve the problem. We are offering different ways to look at the problem and several different possible options and solutions to the problem. Ultimately, it is up to you to solve the problem by choosing the best options and solutions for you. Different Perspectives do not accept the responsibility of solving your problem.

How to cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please email us at counselthemind@gmail.com AND differentperspectives@gmail.com prior to receiving your orders. Once your order has been sent, No Cancellations and No Refunds.
